Refund Policy
Vertex Learning Solutions sells digital products. Under applicable UK law, online digital products are generally non-refundable. However, to accommodate our students, we offer the following flexible terms:
Flexible Refund
A refund can be requested for all courses within 3 days of enrollment except the downloadable notes and mock exams.
Course Switch
Switch to a different course within 7 days of enrolment. The request must be submitted within this time frame.
Course Freezing
Pause your course access period if you're not ready to start. Request to freeze within 30 days of purchase, while 30+ days remain until expiry. Email [email protected] to request.
Re-registration Discount
If your ACCA course has expired and you wish to re-access it, re-register with a discount applied. 40% off individual courses
Session Change
Change your exam session (e.g. September → December). Request must be made before the exam booking closes for your current session. A course extension fee applies.
Free Extension
A 15-day extension is available free of charge on your enrolled course access period.
To request a refund, switch, freeze, session change or extension — email [email protected] within the stated time frame.
Limitations of Liability
In no event shall Vertex Learning Solutions or its suppliers be liable for any damages — including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption — arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this website.
This applies even if Vertex Learning Solutions or an authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
Revisions & Errata
The materials on this website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Vertex Learning Solutions may make changes to the materials at any time without notice and does not make any commitment to update them.
